Hi, we’re Raze and we want to inform you on how we collect and process your personal information. Generally we make it a point to collect as little information as possible and if we do, to protect and respect it as our own.
For example, when you visit this site, we only use the absolute essential cookies that are needed for the site to function. That’s why we don’t need to bug you with an ‘accept cookies’ box for you to swat away. We use cookie-less privacy-focused analytics, too.
For more details on other personal information we may collect please see our notice below which covers

Why we value your privacy
We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re required to do so under law.
How and why we collect information
You may provide us with your contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website so that we can reply to your enquiry.
We would ask for your email address when you sign up for one of our newsletters.
We also ask for your account and contact information when you purchase something from us, such as our services .
We don't use cookies or scripts which are designed to track the websites you visit. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not set cookies.
Occasionally, we might receive your contact information from one of our partners. If we do, we protect it in exactly the same way as if you give it to us directly.
What information we store
When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your name and email address, plus your phone number, social media username, and the company you work for, if you’ve given them to us.
If you sign up for a newsletter, we store your email address.
If you do business with us, we store your business name and keep records of the invoices we send you and the payments you make. All payments are processed by either Stripe or Paypal, we do not have access to the credit card or banking information.
Where we store your information
Raze is a US based company and some of the authorized processors we use in order to run our business function are based in Canada and the EU.
We review each of our processors to make sure that they offer at least standard protections and address privacy seriously and that any necessary transfer mechanisms are in place.
How we use your information
We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications and we won’t send them to you again. We might also email you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
Who’s responsible for your information at our company
Raze Ltd. is responsible for the security of your information. You can contact them by email at [email protected] if you have concerns or questions about the information we store.
Who has access to information about you
When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team has access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.
The steps we take to keep your information private
Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it. We store passwords in an encrypted password manager, use a different, randomly generated password for each service, and never use the same password twice. The computers we use are all encrypted and protected by a passcode or fingerprint access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after short periods of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also biometrically protected by a fingerprint or facial recognition.
How to complain
We take complaints very seriously. If you’ve any reason to complain about the ways we handle your privacy, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Changes to the policy
If we make any big changes to this policy, we’ll email you to let you know. If we make any small tweaks (usually just to make things clearer) we’ll just update things here. The changes will become effective on the “Last Updated” date below.
